We are thrilled to begin this new chapter with Innovative Kindness.

At its core, Innvative Kindness is about far more than consulting. It is about building authentic relationships with Nonprofit Leaders, understanding the organizations they lead, learning from the communities they serve, listening closely to the financial challenges that can affect their ability to fulfill their missions.

As we begin this journey, our first priority is simple: to listen and learn.

We would like to meet with Executive Directors and Nonprofit Leaders, ask thoughtful questions, and gain a deeper understanding of what keeps them up at night. What are their greatest financial pressures? Which programs need more support? Where are the opportunities to strengthen revenue, deepen partnerships, build capacity, or create valuable connections?

Every Nonprofit has a distinct mission, story, and set of circumstances. Meaningful support starts with understanding the whole picture-an organization’s strengths, its challenges, and its vision for the future. Before proposing a solution, we believe it is essential to listen.

We are looking forward to reconnecting with leaders we have sustained relationships with and meeting new Nonprofit Leaders throughout the community. Each conversation is an opportunity to learn, build trust, and identify ways Innovative Kindness may be able to help.

Relationship-building has always been central to our professional lives. We believe meaningful progress often starts with a conversation, a thoughtful introduction, or a genuine effort to understand an organization’s needs. That belief is the foundation of Innovative Kindness.

As we launch this business, we are bringing our energy, experience, passion, and full commitment to this work. We also understand that building something meaningful takes time. Our goal is not to rush relationships, but to earn trust, provide value, and support the leaders who work everyday to make their communities stronger.
